Extreme 13

An intense full body 13 minute bout of explosive calisthenics, demanding strength training, and challenging core routine in a step interval format. This class is best suited for those needing results with limited time to dedicate. We do our best to limit your excuses, and as time can be an excuse we help eliminate that barrier. It is one of the fastest ways to change the shape and sculpt your body. . Extreme Strength

In this class you will learn the secrets to strengthening and toning your muscles. You will use body-sculpting techniques to enhance your lean muscle growth. This class is made to increase your overall strength, power and agility through weight based exercise and maximum repetitions.  All classes are based on our principal and philosophy of hard work, enjoyment, teamwork and friendship, you will always work as hard as you can, not your neighbor.

Extreme To The Core

A core central abdominal workout exercises designed to strengthen the entire core. This class is focused on core strength, stability, balance, build a flatter midsection, and helps improve posture and alignment. It challenges the complete core using updated techniques that promise to slim your waist and release lactic acid. Pilates

Pilates is a form of body conditioning movements that strengthen and stretch muscles to promote complete conditioning. Emphasis is on concentration, smooth controlled movements, correct body alignment, and proper breathing. Through Pilates you’ll work on the deep muscles of the abdomen, lower back and buttocks allowing the rest of your body to move safely and efficiently in athletic endeavors, dance and daily life. Extreme Warrior

Be prepared to punch, kick and sweat away the stresses and strains of the day with our Extreme Warrior class. Put on your gloves and pads, and forget the issues of the day as you box, kick box, knee, elbow and burn your way through one of the most intense workouts you have ever experienced. Our circuits are a complete mix of upper and lower body exercise routines, combining boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, and self-defense combinations. Shape, tone and trim the entire body, using muscles you never knew ever existed! Lower stress and aggression levels, as you push your way through our punch, kick and knee connection combos, and burn those calories fast. Zumba

The Zumba class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness experience that will blow you away! You don’t need to be a dancer, Zumba is a class for EVERYONE! Zumba provides long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba class! Zumba is a great way to burn fat & increase fitness without FEELING like you’re working out at all! Extreme Kettle

Kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. Unlike the exercises with dumbbells or barbells, kettlebell exercises often involve large numbers of repetitions. Kettlebell exercises are in their nature holistic; therefore they work several muscles simultaneously and may be repeated continuously for several minutes or with short breaks. This combination makes the exercise partially aerobic and more similar to High- intensity interval training rather than to traditional weight lifting. . Ropes, Ladders, and Balls

Exactly how it reads: Ropes, Ladders, and Balls only. This class is specifically designed to get your heart rate up, tone your body, and activate your core. This class in infused with MMA inspired movements, explosive calisthenics, and an overall fun time. Body Only

Sometimes your bodyweight is all that’s needed. This class is great for building functional strength and may be used on a day to day basis. The focus of this class is to build your body with your body. No machines, No equipment, no gadgets. It’s you vs you and we’re going to help you outdo yourself.
